The Dairy of Livigno stems from the desire to promote the development of the mountain environment and its economy. Small milk producers gathered in cooperative have created a structure that, alongside the production of dairy products, offers to residents and tourists the opportunity to firsthand experience all the goodness of milk. You can visit our laboratories, taste the products at Bar Bianco or on a large outdoor terrace, admire the antique farm equipment in the small museum.
The authenticity and quality of the products are guaranteed from a herd in pasture during the summer months, the feeding of the cattle-based feed and forage selected by daily analysis on the quality of milk and a strict processing protocol of the raw material.
The Dairy allows visitors to observe the transformation of milk, following the various stages, through large windows or through a guided tour. In the cozy "stue" (rooms) you will be able to taste all the products and study the history of peasant Livigno. During your stay, do not miss a visit to the Alpine Diorama.
